If you cancel your tour reservation at least 24 hours before it starts, you can get a full refund. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, arrive late, or miss the tour completely, you won't be eligible for a refund. We'll make every effort to reschedule your tour or offer alternative options if available, but keep in mind that this is subject to availability and potential price adjustments.
